dfw stereo , are the best in customer service , very fair in prices , go high end product ,name brand , good instalation, we deal with them over years I recommend this store.
I took my truck there a few months ago. We agreed to a cash out the door price. I picked my truck up hours later and taxes and fees were added to my cash price. They cracked my trim while installing a microphone which left it hanging in the doorway. Also on my drive home my truck died. I found that they broke my battery terminal and did not even tell me it was not connected anymore. Do not take your vehicle to these sheisters you will be very let down. They refused to reimberse me or fix anything!!
They really are the best in the metroplex!! – This store is one of the best small businesses I have ever had the pleasure of walking in. My car was set up with the right stereos, not to mention the quality of all the products. You know those Mcdonald commercials where it says you dont have to go too far into your pocket because its cheap? Well I feel I dont have to go deep into my pocket at all when I'm at this store. The prices are just that great!
Great service and prices! – The owner Masoud is a very friendly man who will make sure you get exactly what your looking for. They dont try to sell you things you dont need. They have all the best brands. Ive been buying from them for many years and theyve always given me the best service. great service, great prices – ive been shopping at this place for 5 years now, prices better than retail stores and the install labor is good quality as well, I first bought an alarm from them and EVERY problem I ran into, they fixed, no questions asked, free of charge. I picked up an Alpine woofer system cheaper than eBay even long ago, highly recomended
Great Service! – I have been purchasing stereos and alarm systems from DFW Stereos for almost 7 years. I have bought a CD player, alarm system, Boston Acoustic amp and speakers, and Diamond woolfers. Recently, I had them install an Alpine CD with Iphone and Ipod connection and the price was the best I could find and the owner cut me a good bargain. Awful customer service – Do not ever go to this store they just want your money and will not do anything to make things right. I spent 1500.00 and when my Fosgat speakers blew they said sorry send it to the mfg. They pretend to not speak english and knows notheing about running a business.
