We are from Louisiana came to work here in texas and had problems with our camper. Called one repair guy came fixed it then left next morning back broke. I called this place cause I still had my warranty and they came out the very next day. The technician did all his research on my camper before coming and found the problem. If yall need any work done I highly recommend DFW
Sherralyn in service was great to work with on an RV claim. Communication was clear and timely, and all necessary information was provided without any issues. The claim was handled efficiently, and the process moved forward smoothly. Really appreciated the attention to detail and solid follow-through.
When we purchased our RV, we found Louis and his team to be very helpful and less expensive than other RV repair shops. They winterized the RV for us, however, the fresh water tank did not make it that winter. We purchased a new tank,paid for the freight, and they charged us for the removal of the old one. We had planned a year's long trip and advised we would be traveling when the tank arrived 6 to 8 weeks from the time they ordered it. They had no issues with it, since we paid for it. This business is awful. I took an RV to them and paid for the $ 350 inspection which produced $ 5000 in repairs which I approved - A/C service, refrigerator, HWH etc. I picked it up and went to an RV site and NOTHING worked. Call Mgmt and NO ONE has returned my call. Totally ripped me off. DONT USE THEM
