While customer service was prompt and they were easy to talk to, issues were not all corrected. When I called to inform them of the issues, mind you, 2 days later, they agreed to come out but a service fee would be charged AGAIN, even if the issue was not properly fixed. The service fee starts at $250. I expected them to stand behind the work they performed. They didnt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! We used them on an insurance claim (closest one to where we live). There is so much to say that the comment box would not hold it all. LUIS THE OWNER, was absolutely the most Unprofessional, Rude, Uneducated person I've ever delt with. Our camper was in their possession for about 5 months, finally after MY 20th call to THEM, our camper was ready. Upon pickup the batteries were dead! What a rip off. Boy did they see me coming. I live 8 hours away and had my 36ft Tiffin delivered for some work. I was quoted $1250.00 for a total peak and seal of my roof. Once they reviewed it I was contacted and told only needed some touch up for $1000.00. Only after I picked it up and drove home did I finally climb on the roof to inspect the work. OMG, they may have used two tubes of self leveling at best and maybe 30 minutes of actual labor. I have pictures to back up my claims. I am very, highly disappointed in the amou... read more
*******RV OWNERS BEWARE********* Total rip-off making us pay for shop supplies $136+ for tape used. No invoice to show cost, no pictures to show tape was used. No way the used that much tape to swap out a refrigerator 🤔
