Unexpectedly our NorCold Refrigerator stopped working after defrosting the unit while visiting the Fort Worth Area. I called Rover DFW RV and explained the situation. I needed it fixed asap. All of the people who worked with me and on my motorhome were so compassionate and helpful during this stressful time. The cooling unit was able to be replaced despite being discontinued. I was able to continue my journey home in a timely manner. I highly recommend Rover DFW RV due to their exceptional customer service.

Rover RV was Professional and followed through with their word and completed the repair of our Travel trailer by the scheduled due date ! They worked well with our insurance company through the process.The workmanship was professional and better looking than factory. Only I know that the fiberglass had to be repaired and painted. I did not want to use a large RV company for the repairs due to poor reviews & bad experience. Support the smaller businesses. Sergio was on time to replace my transfer switch. Did a great job and also gave me tips on rv storage and how to help avoid electrical issues in the future…I should add Dannylla was very helpful in setting us the mobile service! Louis, Becca and their whole crew at DFW Rv have always provided great reliable service for my DP.
