I would give 0 stars if that were an option. My experience with this establishment has been extremely disappointing and, at times, unprofessional. I had testing completed and was told results would take 8–10 weeks. At 10 weeks, I was told it was still in process. Nearly 11 weeks in, I called again and received the same response. When I pointed out that it had already been 11 weeks (February 5 to April 21), I was told, “you had your testing done in February.
