They are extremely unprofessional. I called them four times regarding a referral to a cardiologist for my husband, who recently had heart surgery, but they never called me back or sent the referral. Very disappointing experience.
Office is incompetent and can not handle referrals or any issues in a timely manner. Both Dr.’s are aware of how rude their staff is and has done nothing to fix the issues. The phone staff will hang up on you and will give you an appointment time further, if they do not feel the appointment is necessary. I had to go into the doctors office as a walk-in to be seen. She deserves 0 stars!!! Absolutely horrible doctor and staff. Everyone beware, all the low reviews are justified.
It's like home. The DFW staff Doctors,Nurses behave like family member. Half oof your sickness goes away with their smiling faces and hospitality. I am fully satisfied with the kind of treatment and behaviour and kindness. The treatment of the DFW is satisfactory All workers employees are good. Thanks for your support
