Hung me out to dry. Full valve replacement on a shower. They didn't follow instructions for flushing and debris ruined the new cartridge in a day (I took it out and found copper bits, Teflon tape, and solder in the valve but cleaning it up didn't fix the damage). Now for hours they won't pick up the phone (during their business hours) and when I got hold of the tech he takes zero responsibility and gives me no guarantee about when I can talk to someone who will. Wesley came in on his off time to address my problem with the tankless water heater. After quickly figuring out the issue, he ordered parts and fixed the problem. He explained each step what was being done. I highly recommend DFW and Wesley. He will be my go to person.
