I did not get the experience I was expecting. The counselor was not ready and didn't not sea to know what she was even doing. It was not a good fit for me. And to top it off I was supposed to be skedguled for 2 weeks later and was never put on the skedguel. So when I called to cancel an future appointment I was told I had no appointment. Will not return. Good luck on you career but not for me. I need a professional and I did not feel I was going to get it there at all!
If I could give this negative stars I would, 9,982$ dollars of claims that I NEVER WENT TO. and cant even get a call back to explain. I was told its automatic charges which is HORSESHIT WHEN I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN 6 MONTHS. do not go here. stay far far away!!!!
If you’re looking for a great experience and staff, DO NOT come here. My first newborn appointment with my 8 day old baby, they left us waiting for over an hour. After the lobby was empty, I finally packed up to leave. No apologies for the wait. So inconsiderate and unprofessional. Zero stars if I could.
