From my first phone call to my last visit, these people have been fantastic. Absolutely everyone in this practice is as sweet as can be, and Dr. Harmon brought me back to life. I am forever grateful.
My dr was great, everyone on the back end who handles things, not so much. Getting my rx sent over took two weeks of calling every day. Then I found out that they didn’t file my insurance(yet. I’m sure they planned on it but I have an indemnity plan so I was told I have to pay out of pocket until they get an EOB, even though my insurance said they could just call and they would tell them my benefits.
