The doctors mean well, they listen to issues when you can get in to see them. CAUTION! We had to reschedule due to missing pier forms and were informed it would be $200.00 to cancel OR $200.00 to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time. As a mother of 4 right in and amongst the holidays things happen. That is the highest reschedule/cancel fee I have ever heard. This applies to Medicaid patients as well. I was going here for years. I got worst and worst over time. I had a hard time getting in contact with my doctor. Today I called to see my doctor for an appointment since I was seen at the ER this morning for flu. I have asthma and wanted to another machine and got the run around. Stephany and Jessica told me that I had to request see another doctor and I wouldn’t be able to see doctor tan again if I switch. They were trying to get me to schedule a televisit. Dr Emmanuel is a wonderful Dr, i can send him my notes on what happens with my daughter as is i have difficulty remembering what to discuss at times, i am schizoaffective myself and with all going on i struggle remembering and its easier to write it and structure it that way than recalling what to say about it all. My daughter was switched to Dr Khan because she doesnt like Dr Emmanuel and she wasnt nice to him last time because of his approach and making her face stuff, then getting to the root of it with what she gets hers... read more
