This company was a deeply disappointing experience. Despite leadership’s claims about wanting positive change, the actions of the CEO and CFO told a very different story. The CEO openly spoke negatively about both staff and patients in front of other employees—completely unprofessional behavior. She frequently brought her children to work but showed clear bias against employees who had their own family obligations, even going so far as to say your family should be put “on the back burner.” Management was equally troubling.
