Office looked dirty and dingy, and staff weren’t very personable. We hadn’t been prescribed any medication, but were asked how the medication was working at the follow-up appt. Felt like they hadn’t even looked at our chart (or looked at the wrong one) before coming in. But most importantly, be prepared to wait at LEAST an hour past your appointment time (took an hour and 45 minutes to be seen for a 5 minute follow-up, and the initial appointment the month before had over an hour wait too)!
