Wife needed an emergency procedure!! Waiting for the doctor to arrive and feeling pain they proceeded to collect their money and after having trouble with her apple pay and her having half the money in cash they proceeded to wait 2 additional hrs to take her only after I arrived and paid the full balance!! They were recommended by Kudo Care Dental!! Horrible service!! If you are in pain don”t forget your wallet!!4/6/2026 This should be 0 stars but one is required to leave a complaint!!
I was referred to this oral surgeon by my general dentist in December 2025 for evaluation of a jaw lesion and continued care with this office for several months. Only when I requested a quote for the recommended surgery (April 2026) was I informed that they do not accept my insurance. This was never communicated during any of my prior visits. Given that oral surgery can fall under either medical or dental coverage, I would have expected this to be clarified much earlier, especially after multiple appointments and a referral.... read more

Loved Dr. Franco. Had a messed up wisdom tooth that was giving me a lot of pain. They got me in same day. Dr. Franco made the whole visit very comfortable, including the extraction. Great guy. Happy I came here!
