I moved it to Renfro Trade Days on 917 on a flea market just to store for awhile to get it fixed. I was referred to DFW rv repair of Alvarado. So I checked them out they are all do good they said yes we can fix it. Showed them the claim I made with progressive insurance. But I didn't have a way to get it to them. I used this company around 4 months ago for a drain issue and had no problems with the technician who came for the repairs. I decided to pass this along to my wife so she could set up an appointment for additional work needed. This time, they never showed up for the appointment. A call was made and they never even had us on the appointment log. My wife made a review for this issue and later received a phone from a male associate (manager or owner) angry over the review. Very bad experience, baited and switched. I called and asked how much it would cost to reinstall my disassembled RV dinette table back. A man who answered the phone had given a reasonable quote, which was for half an hour job, going by average local hourly rate. I even double checked with him on the quote. I drove all the way there, while suffering from h ealth issues, it was not easy, and spent all the time and gas driving for many miles, while my RV is very difficult to park back to where it's stored.
