Found my son's dirty old hat. Seemed disappointed it wasn't something more valuable, as was I. After a moment of disbelief that someone went to the trouble to retrieve it, they did politely get it out of storage and hand it over with no snide comments.
Nice and easy experience, although I lost my item at the TSA so it was easier to pin point it and everything gets turned into them. Think they got the item the next day. It is in terminal E near E4 at the baggage claim area.
