Shane is to best project manager! He lets us know which trades will be coming each week and what they’ll be doing. Keeps pretty close to schedule and promptly takes care of any issues that arise. We’ve already asked that Shane manage the next project we’ll be doing with DFW Improved!
DFW Improved is an amazing company. They recently completed a kitchen renovation for us. And they deliver what they promise. From estimator, Brian McClendon, to the job supervisor, Cole Standridge, they are outstanding. Tiffany helped us pick out our tile and countertops. Also, very pleased with the subs. In conclusion, DFW is highly recommended!
We selected DFW Remodel to build a new pantry and remodel a Jack & Jill bathroom that is 40 years old and had never been updated. We were on a tight schedule and had only 6 weeks to complete both projects. DFW did a high quality job in every aspect of the project, including finishing on time and on budget and creating beautiful custom cupboards, drawers, and countertops using experienced contractors and employees. DFW Improved remodeled our kitchen and parts of our upstairs bathrooms. We are very pleased with the way our kitchen looks. They were very professional and honest. We enjoyed working with all staff from the salesperson, the showroom, the project lead and the contractors. We will definitely use DFW Improved when we remodel our master bathroom.
Excellent Customer Service!! Zander and Heath were assigned to our project and they both were always very responsive and willing to help when needed. We will be back next year to have our bathroom remodeled and will be requesting both Zander and Heath for our remodel. They both went above and beyond and we trusted them to get the job done. The end result was a kitchen we now LOVE. Their crew were attentive and respectful. Great Job!!
