This is my 3rd hot tub from these guys and the customer service has been excellent. This time I contacted Nick because I was frustrated with the one I bought 6 years ago that the manufacturer had gone to a smaller pump. Nick offered me a great deal on a new one and put me in contact with Pablo who was so polite and able to answer all my questions. He also scheduled the delivery and kept me informed on updates.
