I had a great experience w dfw hot tub . The sales process was smooth and tailored to what I wanted. The delivery crew was on time. My electrician missed a wire but Joey quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. If you are looking for great quality products, get a spa from these guys. We stopped at DFW Hot Tubs to look around and see what the differences were in all the tubs. Pablo is very knowledgeable and very patiently answered all of our questions. He allowed us to sit in two different models and see the differences. We decided on an Edison. Delivery went much faster and was easier than we expected. A fantastic experience—from when I first walked in their store to when I had my first soak at home! Pablo was exceptionally effective.
