Pablo is the best! He is so quick to answer any questions I have about the hot tub and coach me through this first year of ownership. We are enjoying our Aspen 880 tremendously.
We bought a Sundance spa from Pablo at DFW Hot Tubs. He was fantastic throughout the entire process. He communicated the whole time and did not pressure us into making a decision. Plus, he came to our house to do a spa school to show us how to properly treat the hot tub with the chemicals. Would highly recommend going to him for any hot tub needs!

My wife did a lot of research before we ever set foot in a hot tub store and what she concluded was that styles and features of hot tubs are highly subjective.
