I went to another media place where they quoted me a crazy price which was too high. I looked around and found DFW media and sent a email. I got a response right away from ****** and he stated car him in morning. I called the next day and told him what I wanted and the price. Within 20 minutes he had a quote for me with the same stuff the other store quoted me but 2500.00 cheaper. He was very easy to get a hold of for all the questions I had. Great experience with DFW Home Theater doing some home structured wiring and infrastructure work. The installer's name was Frank and he was professional and went above and beyond completing the work in our home. He was creative in overcoming a few unexpected challenges in the job but never gave up in finding solutions. He was courteous and took great care of our home the entire time he was here.
