We had a great experience with DFW Fence! The fence is beautiful, and the original build was completed quickly. We did have a minor issue with the gate, but Krys and Calvin made sure to address it promptly and got everything fixed perfectly. Calvin, in particular, was an absolute delight to work with—they should seriously clone him! His attention to detail and commitment to getting things right made all the difference. We highly recommend DFW Fence for their quality work and excellent customer service.
DFW Fence Pro does not stand behind their work. Within 6 months of completion, the gate warped. They came out to repair it by moving the latch and adding a bunch of nails. That worked for several months. It's now warped again. My dog can easily push the gap open enough to get out. They denied my warranty claim stating "it's not a workmanship issue, and we've already made a prior repair." The gate has only been used a few times. Awful customer service!! Contacted DFW Fence Pro this morning about an issue with my gates. Wouldn’t answer my phone call, only would text. They told me “ You are more than welcomed to do research online if you do not believe my 10 years of experience.” And to go buy my own pad lock. Great customer service! I was just wanting someone to come out and look at it.

DFW Fence Pro recently completed a 900+ ft. mix of 8' board-on-board cedar privacy and 4' ornamental iron fence on our 1950's double lot, replacing a similar amount of original chain link fencing.
