It appears that the reputation of this company is well deserved. They were assigned by First American Home Warranty (that should be your first clue). I was contacted by Kristy regarding a time for them to come out the next day. I was very clear that the contractor had to be done and out by 2p since I had to go to work. One of the worst businesses I've ever had to dealt with. They were supposed to come replace our smoke detectors. Scheduled to come out on a Wednesday, then they rescheduled for Monday saying the technician was sick. Later technician very unprofessionally talked to me and said I have to do this on Saturday instead of Monday because they no longer service this area from Monday. I made an appt through First American Home Warranty for installation of a new outdoor outlet. i was unaware that I would be charged a service fee as the contractor who came out stated that installing a new outlet was not covered in my warranty. He said he would report back that I was unaware and that I shouldn't be charged anything. First American said the report they received shows that a diagnostic was performed and that was definitely not the case.
