Super communicative about the timeline to fix my car. Jesus was great. My car came back cleaner than how I turned it in. Great service
I took my vehicle to grapevine collision after being involved in a car accident, and I do not regret it. David and Jesus were exuberantly helpful, explained the process thoroughly and were in constant communication. I also want to give a shout out to the technicians who worked on my vehicle. It looks like it was just driven off the lot, can’t even tell its been damaged. Would definitely recommend.
My husband’s 2018 Ford F150 truck got stuck in a horrific hail storm up on Colorado in July 2024. It was covered with a multitude of large pelts all over the hood, roof and two doors, broken tail light and shattered window deflectors. State Farm assessed it to be about $5000 damage with most repairs to be completed as PDR. Lack of communication. Once they're done they don't have any follow up even though I've reached out multiple times via phone and email they just aren't interested. My car still isn't fixed and I'm not giving them a second chance
