I just found DFW Bimmer Repair and could not be happier with the experience I had. Jesse, John, and Alyssa are all very knowledgeable about BMWs, friendly, and really gave me a fair price to replace my lower control arm bushings on my 2008 Z4 Coupe. The shop is very clean and I will be taking my car here for regular service intervals as well.
Since I moved to Dallas, DFW Bimmer has been my go to for anything Ive needed for my vehicles. Jesse and his team have serviced two of my BMWs over the last 5 years and They are absolutely great at their work! Fast, Reliable, Honest, and Fair. I truly appreciate how thorough they are and straight forward with what your vehicle actually NEEDS and what they recommend! I would recommend this shop to anyone that has any modern or old BMW, Jesse and co. are golden workers, very honest and get repairs and quotes done in a timely manner. Everything is thoroughly explained and if there is anything regarding the repair that poses an issue it is addressed. I've been coming here for the past year and have had DFW Bimmer take good care of my high mileage F series bmw.
Jesse and Alyssa have been great throughout my experience at this repair shop. When you arrive, you’ll immediately notice several BMWs parked out front, which is reassuring, it’s clear that they specialize in and prioritize BMWs. I had a few services done here, including a transmission oil change. Interestingly, BMW of Dallas claimed the transmission fluid was “lifetime,” which I realized was BS. I am a firm believer in buying a mechanic and not a vehicle. Jesse has been taking care of my wives 3 series. Unfortunately it was recently totaled in an accident. Jesse was helpful with records for our settlement. DFW Bimmer is expanding its offer to not just maintenance to offering frontline preowned BMWs. Zed was there to help.
