Tried calling to get repair for my fridge, person who answered hung up on me
If I didn't have to use them due to my warranty I would never use this company. Today, while checking my gas dryer, the tech never turned off gas. My house smelled so bad of gas my son karted me off to the hospital. Not a good experience.

On 4/26/21, a repairman from DFW Appliance Repair replaced a pump on our washing machine. After the repairman left my house, the machine went into drain mode. A hose was not installed on the pump, and water flooded my laundry room and two adjacent rooms. Repairman returned to correct issue with hose, and witnessed the water damage to baseboards and also witnessed the cleanup efforts of myself and my wife. Baseboards are made of MDF and immediately swelled and allowed water to make contact with wallboard behind the baseboards... read more
