Fully explains what the issue is and how he is going to correct the problem. Always prompt and VERY fairly priced. Everything he has repaired has never needed any additional work years later!! Tried calling to get repair for my fridge, person who answered hung up on me
If I didn't have to use them due to my warranty I would never use this company. Today, while checking my gas dryer, the tech never turned off gas. My house smelled so bad of gas my son karted me off to the hospital. Not a good experience.
