I am super late making my post, but I’ve been dealing with so many unforeseen events. Sadly :( however, the customer and joy that Chad bought upon me was nothing less than stellar. Chad Carter was a massive help to me during my apartment search! He was very patient and accommodating, and helped me find a lot of really great apartments that I otherwise would not have found on my own. Every suggested place was quality and generally well-reviewed, and the software used to share the suggested apartments was really cool and very easy to use. I would 100% use their services again and would recommend working with Chad to anybody looking for their next home.
Chad was amazing he took the time to call all the properties and gave me a breakdown of the best one options based on my specifications. He was very interactive and helpful. We ended up leasing the apartment he recommended. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Chad was great....helped me find a great apartment and kept in constant communication....i recommend this company very highly!!!
John told me he would help me locate an apartment for free and all I had to do was list his name on my paperwork when I sign my lease and guaranteed me a payment for putting his name on my paperwork as the apartment company pays him for sending people to the apartments and getting approved by signing a lease then they pay him but then he gives you the run-around about paying you for the service you did for him
