RecommendedLoved the DFT Wet . Left a deep like new shine on a few cars I’ve done now .
I placed on order on 11-5-19 and have yet to receive it. I have called and emailed numerous times with no response. I was also charged twice on my credit card which has yet to be corrected. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my husband which has now come and gone. I reached Erich one time and was told the product would be sent, that was on 11-22-19 and yet still no product! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service! I would never order from them again.
This team does amazing work!! And the products are superb!!
Amazing....makes my paint pop out with a glass reflection finish !
The product may be good but the service has been horrible. Going on two months and I haven't even received the product I ordered. Talk to Eric every week, only for more broken promises.
