I worked with a gentleman named Will Weatherlow and he was a tremendous help in getting fibre optic high speed internet service into my aunts house in Arkwright...he could not have been more responsive and supportive. Great guy!!! And the service at my aunts house is now SUPER FAST !!! Thank you!!!

Constant problems. Call center refuses to do anything above the bare minimum. Absolutely no help for weekend issues. Oh, and your Internet will constantly crash on the weekend. I had an issue where my Internet would drop for ten minutes every hour. I was ignored for six months of complaints and tickets until I was ready to contact a lawyer. Now I have an issue where my Internet has crashed every weekend for the last month. Totally useless for three days.
