We had a residential service switch from the old lines to the fiber optic system. The DFT crew (Marcy, Mike, Will, Dave) worked with us to make a complicated installation convenient, safe, and relatively simple. Kudos on minimizing the damage/impact to our property and cleaning everything up when done.
Today, a DFT employee in a truck was working on a box on the utility pole in our front yard. Shortly after they arrived, our internet went out. We assumed it was temporary and related to their work. I left to run errands, and when I returned, the DFT truck was gone—but our internet was still completely out. I reset the router with no success. We decided to switch back to DFT from Spectrum after 7 years. We really wanted to support a local business and found that their prices were actually lower than we were paying with Spectrum. Erin from customer service was extremely helpful in the switch. She was knowledgeable, professional and helped me make the right choice. I have noticed a significant upload speed increase since switching- twice as fast as what I was getting with Spectrum. I’m glad we decided to switch!
I worked with a gentleman named Will Weatherlow and he was a tremendous help in getting fibre optic high speed internet service into my aunts house in Arkwright...he could not have been more responsive and supportive. Great guy!!! And the service at my aunts house is now SUPER FAST !!! Thank you!!!
