Rob white is a great Dr., warm and takes time to explain
Unprofessional - Happy Go Lucky attitude in the office is an undertying sceme to make feel like you are a friend instead of correctly treating your illness. His main concern is that you see him ever 3 months whether needed or not to make money from your insurance . His insurance receipt has inflated the tasks he preforms to increase his insurance payment. Just try asking for a refill prescription without a visit. He will agree the 1st time but you better not ask twice.
We considered going here after seeing they have decided to do something completely different and offer a subscription model versus the traditional health insurance route. My wife took my daughter to see Rob White and was very impressed. It seems there are quite a few negative reviews, but that was not our experience at all. Based off everything we have experience so far I would highly recommend.
Good medical care, the staff in the back are nice, however the office/reception leaves much to be desired. No one is ever at the desk upon arrival. I usually stand there at least ten minutes until the rude blonde lady comes to the window and opens it up a few inches, looking confused and annoyed that there's a patient standing there and surprised I have an appointment.
