Wow this place is HORRENDOUS!!! I went in to speak to an "audio tech" and walked in the furniture side! No one was around, I called out, and no answer. I wondered to, I guess where there were a few audio products, and no one was around. Called out again, someone came out of I'm guessing the storage room and there Dan was! Huge shout out to Dfm they did a great job on my light bar install for me. I went to DC customs just to find out its appointment only which they don't advertise and that they wouldn't be able to help me. I Ended up coming to dfm and explaining what I wanted done and he told me if I can send the videos I had watched about the installs for what I had in mind that his installer would take care of me. Shoutout to the guy who answered the phone on 11/09/24 at 2:55pm. I need a piece of advice, as I’m wiring my own speakers in my old truck, and he was super helpful! I needed to know what the little converter was that is used to connect a stock speaker wire to a new speaker. For those wondering it is called a “stock speaker harness.” Helps you from having to Solder the old wires on to the new speakers.
Went to get a back up camera and a info center for our motorhome. ABSOLUTELY a joke. They mounted it on the bumper, right in front of the door to the "garage", instead of at the top of the motorhome aiming down, running it through the wiring like its suppose to be done. Now it gets bumped all the time And even when it doesn't it moves it's self. I'll be going somewhere else for all our stereo needs from now on. The RV guy said yeh, don't ever go to them again.
