We wanted to undertake a major renovation which included opening up the living area and moving the kitchen to the other side of the house. Josie spent many hours working with us and on her detailed plans to come up with the prefect layout. She also guided us through modernising the rest of the house. Josie was great with listening and understanding what we were trying to achieve. Thanks to her expertise and caring nature we now have a beautiful, functional home. We can’t recommend Josie enough! I may be biased but Josie has been brilliant with the design of a small residence beachside up here in Mackay. We had some unique requirements dealing with size, access, security, weather exposure, outlook, noise, optional uses for space and privacy … Josie was able to take all issues into account and find a balanced design that works. Totally recommend her work.
