DFit is composed of with a team of great professionals focused on helping each client achieve his/her personal goals with excellent individually tailored programs. Their equipment is excellent and well maintained, but, most important, is the great human qualities of the coaches. We have trained with them for approximately 18 months and have witnessed substantial improvements in our own performances, while enjoying ourselves tremendously.

DFit is great! I joined about 3 months ago. The training is tailored to each individual. It’s all very focused for the best results. However, the amazing thing is that everybody is also so friendly. The owner, staff and trainers say hello when I walk through the door. I get positive vibes from that every time. The studio is kept very clean and it’s never overcrowded like some of the big chain gyms. All the trainers there seem very competent and friendly. I have been working with Mike who is awesome. I’ve been working out with Danny Fam for almost a year now. I’m 61 years old, 48 LBS lighter and more toned than I ever have been in my entire life! I owe it all to his dedication and professionalism. I might also add that I HATED working out until I started with Danny. Now I look forward to our sessions with great anticipation.
