They don't pay Detention. We had a load boked througth Ryan Transportation, where our truck was held for hours beyond the scheduled appointment time. Despite providing all the required in/out times and documentation, they never respond about to pay us detention charges. It’s very disappointing when a company doesn’t respect a carrier’s time or honor industry standards for detention. Definitely would not recommend working with this shipper unless you want to risk wasting time and money.
