Everytime I have a question or concern, I reach out to her and get a very quick response... she always has an answer to my question and never hesitates to offer assistance and get things done for me. SHE is truly the reason I haven't shopped for insurance elsewhere... she is such a pleasure to work with and I appreciate her very much.
