Don't waste you time. They don't have anyone to answer the phone so they send everyone to the patient portal. I am sure the staff is overwhelmed trying to answer questions but sometimes answers take DAYS. You can call and leave a message but again it takes DAYS to get an answer. It is SO beyond frustrating. The doctors and nurses try their best but they are a sinking ship. DFD has a history of burning out their staff (in the Bridgton office) and can't keep help, but instead of making things better they are making it worse! ... read more
