I gave money up front to buy new shower fitting. That was 10 weeks ago. Didn't turn up on 6 separate occasions. Very difficult to get hold off, doesn't answer the phone, very occasionally answers texts. Over two weeks ago offered a full refund, still not received it and not answering the phone. 10 weeks without a shower and hundreds of pounds out of pocket

This plumber is unreliable and unprofessional turns up days late and hours with every excuse under the sun. He has completed half a job with full payment ( I know stupid on my behalf). He has ghosted me for weeks and weeks possibly months now

Fitted a towel radiator for me .. very efficient, polite and professional... would definitely recommend
