This park is beyond horrible!1.The roads are bad. 2.The rules are a joke. 3.The Landlord does not do ANYTHING!!! 4.She takes your money, overcharges and goes on trips and does not fix anything.5.The water is not drinkable and actually stains clothes!!!!6.The playground equipment could seriously hurt a child. 7. The ponds are not inclosed, easy access for a child to fall in.8. Over ambundance of stray animals running around.9. this park is a joke. the owner lois adkins does not care about the park or its residents. she does nothing to fix it, there are sewage leaks and the roads are horrible. she will rip you off when you make payments, she tells you that you havent or that you stil owe more than you really do. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PARK, YOU WILL REGRET IT FOREVER
