We had a PHENOMENAL first appointment today for our 18 month old with Dr. Sumeet Bhalla and Ella. Dr. Bhalla is super friendly, informative, and was so patient with us and our questions as first time parents navigating teeth cleaning and oral health habits. He left us with great tips and tricks for us and our daughter. With it being our daughter’s first time at the dentist, they helped our daughter feel comfortable. Five stars isn’t nearly enough. My daughter is extremely anxious about dental work, and Dr. Bhalla and the team handled her appointment with such patience and kindness. We left feeling relieved and grateful. Thank you for making what could have been a tough day a positive one! I highly recommend!
I'm so happy with our experience at Newmarket DFC! The office is warm, welcoming, and every staff member was so friendly. We went there for a second opinion after a jarring experience at another local children's dental clinic. Dr Lin spent a lot of time explaining our options and answering my questions. He helped us formulate a plan that will hopefully help us avoid extractions for my 3 year old and only require one sedation appointment.
