I’ve recently started the Olympic weightlifting class with coach Chris. Even though I’m only able to attend classes just once a week for now it has vastly improved my squats and I can feel myself getting stronger. It is a equal mix of female and male athletes. Everyone is very friendly and nonjudgmental. I look forward to each class and improving on my skill set.
This is a great program! Coach Chris goes above and beyond with his weekly programming for the Olympic lifts as well as a squat cycle. He also tailors each program to the individual athletes strengths and weaknesses. It is an excellent program for beginners and experienced athletes alike!
Fantastic place for all experience levels and ages. Love the people and the coach!
Great club, close knit group, very supportive for all skill levels.
