Awful customer service! This company does not know what customer service is! I have always made it a point to be in complete communication with them reguarding payment and they keep no record so they can just say that they have no idea what your talking about. Also, what kind of company pushes you to go and do buisness with the other guy. Oil Company D.F. Richard provides heating oils, propane gas, and complete heating services. They have great rates and terrific service! They are 100% reliable and have a great staff of office workers and delivery drivers! They are located in NH's seacoast area!
D F Richard Energy awful customer service D.F. Richard has the poorest customer service of any company I have dealt with. They charged me for work on my burner that I did not authorize, and then told me that they don't give estimates. They charged me a deposit, then refused to give it back to me, even though the terms of the agreement were met by me. Be sure to have them put agreements in writing, since they change the terms. world class service I actually laughed a little when I saw these other reveiws because in all the years I have had DF (8 or so) they have never been anything but great to myself and my family. We have both oil and lp with them and we are on the budget program which helps us manage our bills, they have never let us run out which had been my expereince with my two previous companys and when you call them a real live person answers the phone, its great, no dial 1 for english or press 2 for customer service.
