I live in the Horizon apartments we do noy have a super the elevators have been down for two weeks and I am a handicap. The property manager Crystal does not answer calls and the Regional manager Katrina Brown does nothing either , don't answer calls and don't return calls. We need a good property manager and Regional manager right away and a super for this building. They should make Ms Taylor and Mr Sampson the property manager and the other one the Regional manager.
