Was on the hunt to find a new nail place and tried this one out. The owner is extremely lovely however the nail technician who did my nails was not pleasant. She did a great job at ensuring the cuticles were cut and cleaned, However I asked her multiple times to fix the paint as it didn’t go to the edges and corners, she didn’t react well to this request and became visibly irritated. Went here for a shellac manicure, but the nail technician cut too far into one of my cuticles and it wouldn't stop bleeding. One of the other nail technicians then started laughed at my bleeding finger and said "stump" (I lost the tip of my finger in an accident when I was a kid). Instead of leaving the salon with shiny red nails, I left with half a manicure, a sore finger and a blood-filled bandaid.
POSTING THIS IN HOPES THAT OTHERS WONT HAVE THE SAME BAD EXPERIENCE. I don't normally get my nails done but on this occasion I had a wedding so I opted for just one colour of painted nails. No other service. The woman doing my nails was rude and rough. After painting my toes she took me to paint my finger nails and she grabbed my pinky finger and filed it across so hard that she made my skin bleed. She didn't even apologise she just put some liquid on it to stop the bleeding. I then told her not to file just to paint.. When ... read more
I have been coming to this salon regularly for my nails and waxing. Overall I am happy with the service here. The prices are reasonable and the work is good quality . My nails have been infilled for 2 weeks, there is no break or lifting. Love the shape too, will come again this weekend to get it infilled.
