Worst after sales customer service. I need to purchase a replacement part for a vanity and I'm totally being ignored!
While very pleased with the product itself, the customer service when something goes wrong is abysmal. Vanity arrived with incorrect hardware that was a different size than mine, ended up waiting 4.5 months and almost 50 emails for replacements and had to fight to get dezignmkt to install the hardware since my contractor was long gone.
We are custom building a home and needed to furnish four bathrooms, which was a daunting task. I had a list of six bathroom showrooms to visit in a day and it just so happened Dezign Market was my first stop. The moment I walked into the showroom, everything just looked so beautiful with modern clean lines, that I just wanted to stay a while.
