Just needed new remotes and wanted to be able to open my gate from more than 5 feet from it. 175.00 initial service call, he looks at it and orders 3 new remotes. 2 weeks later I havent heard anything from them so I call. ( think they forgot about me, IDK ) For an additional 120.00 he gives me 3 remotes that wont open the gate unless you are 5 feet from the gate still. No better than before. My community switch the Dezert Gates about 3 months ago, and it was one of the best moves we made. They are very responsive, and extremely professional. We have a couple minor issues and some have been on the weekends and they are out fixing our issues. They have moved things around on there schedule to help us out, This is the type of partnership we love to have for our HOA!

This company has gone over and above my expectations. They are thoughtful and listen to your needs. Their technical staff knows the product and are always prompt. I would not choose any other gate system company over Desert Gate Systems. Great system installed on my gates.
