My business has been in a Dezer building since 1992. They are a family business, not a mega corporation. The management staff has been in place for decades. They are highly responsive re repair requests and take excellent care of their properties. If you’re looking for space for your business you can’t do better.
They have been my landlords since 1988. It's not easy or cheap maintaining old commercial buildings in NY. The management is approachable and tries do the best they can when problems arise. Some problems are just difficult- that's part of grown up life. But they have always been responsive and fair and even flexible when pushed. It's a corporation, but not one so large and impersonal that you can't build relationships.
