I called yesterday to get a last minute appointment for my cat (my regular vet was closed). The person I spoke to (I wish I got her name!) said there weren’t any openings. I asked if she could give me an urgent care clinic to go to. She then asked what was going on. She took the time to listen carefully about the situation and gave me reassurance, recommendations, and we set up an appointment for the next day if still needed. Wonderful Veterinary clinic. The staff and doctors are terrific at this clinic. They are all professional, courteous and excellent at making their pet clients feel comfortable and safe. They work diligently to meet the needs of their clients.
