The most compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring veterinary team I’ve ever encountered. My dog, Snooki, spent about a week in the care of Dezavala-Shavano Veterinary Clinic, and I will never be able to thank this team enough. It has taken me years to write this review. I am still devastated about my dog. Unless your pet is healthy and young and requires no actual medical help, I would not come here. I trusted this place, specifically Dr. Harrison with my middle aged to senior dog and ultimately my dog went blind since the doctor had no clue what an eye ulcer was. Just didn’t seem to care about our animal choking with something stuck in his throat. We called ahead at 5:45 since this was the closest animal hospital to our possibly dying dog. When first party arrived at 5:50 We were told that The doctor likes to leave at 6 pm so if the animal did not arrive by 5:55 our choking dog couldn’t be seen. At 5:55 when the dog was One minute away we were told they couldn’t help him. Just kinda callous. Wouldn’t come here if you paid us.
Friendly staff. They take good care of my pets. Little wait time.
