Seems many of us have a shared experience of walking in and being told abruptly to remove shoes and make an appointment...when there is no one in the store. I would have gone back to look for my wedding dress, however, the lack of customer service has ensured I will be looking elsewhere.
Extremely rude staff!
My husband and I walked in and the lady approached us and said very abruptly “ take your shoes off”. No good morning or how are you and definitely no explanation of her demand! Terrible!!! I was considering shopping there for a dress, but I will never step foot in there again!
