Plenty of covered parking, friendly reception, qualified Doctors. Easy to find with Google Maps, even took me to the elevators in an underground parking area. Big enough parking spots for compact cars. Not a lot of outside parking but it was raining anyway :)

On April 30-25 , my husband called to make an appointment, the lady working at the front desk said: we have time today and you can come at 3:25pm ( early 14 min) ) and your schedule for 3:40pm ! We arrived at 3:30pm to fill out all the forms, at 3:40pm the nurse came and brought me to the room . She asked me couples question about my neck and shoulder, ( take 10-min) then she left me there . I was continuing waiting for 15 minutes in the room !!! Then Dr SUSIE KWON came in , she asked me the same questions the nurse asked ! ... read more
I never waited for my physical therapy for more than 5 minutes . The receptionists are nice and helpful in setting up new appointments. I use MyChart with questions and early check in. It also allows me to cancel appointments. Any questions I have are turned around in about 1 day. Every doctor or department I have been to is respectful and easy to reach this way.
I went twice, both times I was kept waiting for over 45 min past my appointment time in the exam room with no one saying anything . He finally came in, spent 10 mins and left. Then I waited 15mins for someone to come in and let me know I could go. The second time I came there were signs posted that you needed to wear a mask and they were provided. The ladies at the front desk were the only ones wearing them. He was definitely sick with a snot cold and he kept wiping his nose with his hand. No one else on the staff wore mask!... read more
