On April 30-25 , my husband called to make an appointment, the lady working at the front desk said: we have time today and you can come at 3:25pm ( early 14 min) ) and your schedule for 3:40pm ! We arrived at 3:30pm to fill out all the forms, at 3:40pm the nurse came and brought me to the room . She asked me couples question about my neck and shoulder, ( take 10-min) then she left me there . I never waited for my physical therapy for more than 5 minutes . The receptionists are nice and helpful in setting up new appointments. I use MyChart with questions and early check in. It also allows me to cancel appointments. Any questions I have are turned around in about 1 day. Every doctor or department I have been to is respectful and easy to reach this way.

I went twice, both times I was kept waiting for over 45 min past my appointment time in the exam room with no one saying anything . He finally came in, spent 10 mins and left. Then I waited 15mins for someone to come in and let me know I could go. The second time I came there were signs posted that you needed to wear a mask and they were provided. The ladies at the front desk were the only ones wearing them. He was definitely sick with a snot cold and he kept wiping his nose with his hand. No one else on the staff wore mask!... read more

Update 3/5/25 Their phones work now up the receptionists won't answer. I stood in the lobby with my phone calling in and asked if the phones were working. The receptionist looked at her computer and said the call log was blank for a while and a call was just now coming in when it was me on hold for over 1/2 hour. I mentioned that the other receptionist there had said the phones had problems and they denied it and said I had the wrong number. They gave me 1 of 3 numbers that I have called repeatedly and get their line but is ... read more
