I spoke with a CSR and was told that cardboard only needs to be broken down and flattened. A driver left a note saying it needs to be in 2x2x2 sections, or they will refuse to empty - this has been the ONLY note left. I will always see residents around town with cardboard boxes sticking out of the top. Poor communication between the company and residents regarding what they are requesting.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!! It's been multiple times now that they have left our cans kicked over with trash laying everywhere. Today when returning home from work I noticed they left trash laying around on the curb AGAIN and one of the cans IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD closer to the other side of the street! Brillion needs to get rid of these unprofessionals!
