While traveling across the country for work, and spending a week in Indianola, my oil life light came on unexpectedly. They got me in immediately. They also listened to my ongoing safety concerns about the well documented electronic issues on my F350 Powerstroke HO. Overall, everyone was super nice. I wish this was my local dealer.
The service at this dealership is terrible. They installed a recording camera incorrectly. The rear camera is in the front as well as the front camera. One would think they would know exactly how to install this add on, the rear camera supposed to be in the rear. I have asked several times for them to fix this no return calls or emails. I use them for work because they're the shortest drive to a dealer service center, and I've had nothing but good interactions with them.
Purchased a truck there approximately 2 months ago. During the test drive a light came up on the dash saying “park aid fault”. The salesman, calem Campbell, said they would get that fixed. I ended up purchasing the vehicle a few days later assuming they had gone and fixed the issue. I did stress that I rely on my vehicle every day as a small business owner and cant have a bunch of down time. My vehicle has been in the shop 3 times now, for multiple days most times. I know dealerships can be expensive, but I just got a estimate on an issue with my vehicle that doesn't need to be addressed right away at this point. Since it was such a costly estimate, I asked many questions. Gave the service guy scenario's of the "what if's", and the "but's" etc. James S. in the service center was super patient with me and did his best to answer all my questions of concern. Absolute peace of mind. If and when I commit to this...even tho it'll be costly, I trust they'll get the job done. Thank you.
