While traveling across the country for work, and spending a week in Indianola, my oil life light came on unexpectedly. They got me in immediately. They also listened to my ongoing safety concerns about the well documented electronic issues on my F350 Powerstroke HO. Overall, everyone was super nice. I wish this was my local dealer.

The service at this dealership is terrible. They installed a recording camera incorrectly. The rear camera is in the front as well as the front camera. One would think they would know exactly how to install this add on, the rear camera supposed to be in the rear. I have asked several times for them to fix this no return calls or emails. I just recently had several recalls so I decided to confront them as they said we'll check into it. Well again they have ghosted me. I can only leave a bad review. I use them for work because they're the shortest drive to a dealer service center, and I've had nothing but good interactions with them.

I took my 2020 Escape in for a recall for door welds. I was told they would call when they had the appropriate parts. Weeks later, I followed up and was told they had the parts and to call Dean Binder for an appointment. I called and left Dean a voicemail but he didn't bother to call me back. I expected better service than this.
