My experience began with my first contact with Kelsie Ziebell, the service advisor. The water pump on my Ram 3500 developed a serious leak. I was on the way to a campground in nearby Pella for a couple day layover on my way to the Indycar race in Newton. Exceptional Service! This is not just a review, but a sincere Thank you to the Service team at DeYarman. We were almost stranded in Iowa, heading home to Ohio from Utah with a Coolant hose leak. Kelsey and her team, made an effort to squeeze us in to their busy work load and explore every option for the right part. Going from possibilities of staying overnight, to the parts being sent within a week, they went down every rabbit hole to avoid us staying and getting us home.
