Doctor is very rude. Was 45 minutes lates to appointment, no apology or nothing. Just said I am very busy, walked out of the room. Then gave me a hard time giving me a copy of lab results. Staff stated she is always late. Reception area , not clean either. I feel sorry for her staff…
When I first ran across Dr. Dey, I thought she was the answer. Twice I had meds that were not refilled by her office because they had forgotten. The worst came when I had COVID. I was scheduled for an appointment but I did not want anybody to get sick. I let her office know that I would reschedule in Bout two weeks after the virus ran its course. Dr Dey is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and informative. The office staff on the other hand is a nightmare! I checked the reviews before booking an appointment but since they were from yrs ago I figured I'd give it a shot. WRONG! I have been waiting on a prior authorization for 2wks! The office said my insurance denied the med and we needed to try something else. I called my insurance and there is no trace of a prior authorization from this provider. I have been seeing Dr. Dey for three years and I hope she never retires. She answers all my questions is very thorough and her approach to treating my thyroid condition has stopped the constant ups and downs. It is difficult to get someone to return a call.
