Just all around awesome!!
I called several businesses to get an estimate to install a new boiler. Most didn’t even return my call. One particular contractor called me back and said he didn’t have time but highly recommended Dey. I called Guy Dey and he came over within a few hours. They charge a fair price and the work they did exceeded my ecxpectations by far! Great guys.
I have called these guys 3 times for home help and I recommend them to anyone! They reply quickly if they don't answer the phone. I've had furnace repairs and air conditioning repairs. They arrived on time and did an excellent job for a fair price with all of my housing needs. They don't jack up the price because of a logo on the side of the van. Their work speaks for itself. Rich was knowledgeable and quick, in less than an hour diagnosed what my problem was. It was a Thursday afternoon, they ordered my part had it in by Tuesday morning and when I got off work I came home to a toasty warm home. They answered all my questions didn’t get rude like most of these businesses around here in Rhinelander. They took the time to make sure I understood what was being done about how much it was going to cost me, they really worked with me and they went above and beyond. I called on a Friday explaining what I thought was wrong with my furnace and he came to my house a few hours later to take a look. He was very friendly and efficient when he told me my furnace would need to be replaced. He gave me a rough estimate, asked me to text him my email address stating that he would send me a contract by Monday stating the final pricing and that it would be about 3 weeks until he'd be able to do the installation.
