I had a great experience at Dey, the associates are friendly and helpful. They are the one appliance parts provider that will sell to the public. Take your model number and they will look up the part number so you get the correct part.
Called to check on parts with the part numbers the guy said one part is no longer available. Asked if he could try looking up the part by the model number in case I have it wrong he acted put out by this request so I told him never mind. This guys whole job is to look up parts and sell them. There are plenty of other places to get parts from
Great supplier. Knowledgeable and friendly guys. They have or can quickly get anything you need.
Excellent customer service! Had the parts for my old furnace and fraction for the cost from other places. Lennox would not help me so they came to the rescue! John and Tim was very respectful and friendly! Assist me with all my questions I had. Found my new parts store!
