Called didn't understand employee who answered phone.i asked if it was the parts place he got kinda snitty..part not in stock but could order and it would be several weeks at least..went a different route and part will be delivered in 4 days at a lower cost as well
This place was great, I recently went in there to have a part tested and they don’t do that anymore, but with the old employees they would no problem. Meghan was the best. Get her back
They sell appliance parts at a reasonable price. I was able to order it and pick it up same day which is a plus.
In the last year they have had a huge turn over rate. Gone through 2 managers and multiple employees. They hardly ever have the part on stock needed and never call when the part comes in. Having to call just to see if the part is in. Sundberg is a better distributor. 9 out of 10 times will have part in stock and will call if shipped in.
Great place to save money. Must visit if doing your own repairs. I have saved hundreds by fixing my own appliances.
