As a top producing location for Ben Tire Distributors, it's a great company to work for. Fair pay, good benefits, etc ....but the leadership is atrocious! The priorities are backwards when it comes doen to taking care of employees or coddling the managers. And the manager at this particular location is a lying, cheating, slimeball of a person who gets away with blatantly disobeying company policies on a daily basis by working as his spouse's direct boss, and taking care of personal business on company time.
